AJAX LightCore Smart Light Switch - 2 Gang

The Ajax LightCore switch combines the integration of smart light home automation and control with the AJAX security System.  LightCore provides users touch and touchless lighting control (put your hand within 15mm), scheduled lighting, Mobile App control or response activated lighting in event of an intruder alarm.  A soft backlight helps users activate the switch at night.  The switch is easy to install, fits standard European back boxes, does not require a neutral wire and connects to the Ajax hub by scanning a QR code.

Light switch is composed of 2 parts, the LightCore relay switch and the SoloButton Facia (sold separately). Select the the SoloButton to match.

SoloButton

SoloButton 2 Gang is the touch sensitive front fascia which can control the power to 2 devices (2 zones). The SoloButton is switched via touch or contactless by holding your hand closer than 15mm from the fascia.

LightCore

LightCore is the relay component of the LightSwitch. Depending on the function needed and the facia chosen, the LightCore can set as either 1-gang to control one device, 2-gang to control 2 devices with the 2-gang facia, or as a 2-way where more than one LightSwitch is controlling one device.

LightCore is installed without changing the electrical wiring of the object. The device does not require a neutral wire; a live wire is more than enough.

The switch works in two modes: pulse or bistable. LightSwitch can control the 5 to 600 W lighting devices. For low-power lamps, the kit includes a capacitor to be connected in parallel with the lighting device.
