DELIVERY

Our parcels are normally shipped by DHL courier service using next working day service for UK Mainland and 2 working days for N. Ireland, Islands & Highlands.   Orders placed before 14:00 Mon-Fri and in stock are usually dispatched the same day (but not guaranteed), for urgent orders please call us 01276 537988 to check.  We do not ship on Saturdays unless you call us to arrange (additional fees apply) and we do not ship on Sundays or Bank Holidays.  Estimated delivery times are therefore 1-2 working days UK mainland and 2-4 working days for Ireland, Islands and Highlands.

BREXIT

From Jan 2021 till 01 October 2021 shipping to Northern Ireland remains as before with no change to VAT charges or procedures, orders to NI will be processed as normal.  Orders from the Republic of Ireland and EU can not be processed through the website due to the additional requirements for import taxes and declaration.  For Ireland & EU customers please contact us for a quote. Prices will exclude UK VAT, however you may be liable to pay additional local Import Taxes and Duties to the courier before the goods are released from your local Customs & Excise.

You should note that our carrier requires immediate notice to be given of any loss or damage to goods and you should inspect the goods upon receipt and report any loss or damage to us immediately. Insofar as you report any damage to goods to us within 48 hours of delivery we will refund the price and carriage or replace the goods at no cost to you.

In respect of any damage to goods reported to us after 48 hours of delivery we shall require proof from you that the goods were damaged before receipt by you.

DELIVERY TIMES

Goods are usually dispatched on a next working day service for orders placed before 14:00 by courier for UK mainland addresses, subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification, however in some cases dispatch can take 2-3 working days.  Next working day delivery is only available for UK Mainland addresses excluding Scottish Highlands, N Ireland and Islands.  Delivery times indicated are the estimated times and may vary due to delays from service providers.  If your order has been dispatched and it hasn’t arrived as planned, we ask that you first contact the courier with your tracking number. Failing this, please contact us.  Next working day delivery excludes weekends and bank holidays.

If you require any special delivery arrangements we do offer premium delivery services these can be booked over the phone. These include before 12:00 and Saturday delivery. Cost varies depending on location and service.

Missing Items: If your goods are scheduled to be delivered and you have received an incomplete order, this is usually because we ship your order in more than one consignment. We may despatch in this way since we use more than one warehouse. If some of your goods have not arrived by the end of the due delivery date, please contact us.

Please note our courier delivers between 7.30am - 18.00pm. If you are unavailable between these times then you will be left a card to contact your nearest depot to arrange re-delivery.

The drivers can only return to a customer once more after they have left a calling card. If you still are unavailable the goods will be returned to the local depot for collection.

We will try to deliver the goods to you within the time estimated for delivery but reserve the right to deliver them up to 30 days after the date the order is placed with us. If we are unable to deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day after the order is placed by you:

we shall inform you by e-mail ;

we shall make a further offer to you by e-mail to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the e-mail and will state the period for which the offer or the price remains valid;

unless you accept the offer we will reimburse any sum paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation to the order within a period of 30 days beginning with the day after the day on which the time for delivery expired.

Exclusions

We do not accept any liability whatsoever whether direct or consequential for losses caused by delays in shipping, damaged goods or failure to meet our contractual obligations,  We shall not be liable for any delays, loss of any revenues, profits, loss of any contracts or other losses whether direct or indirect.
