On the 27th June 2025 Hikvision UK announced it has terminated its Distribution Agreement with Weststone Ltd trading as COP UK Ltd. As of 2nd July 2025 COP UK will no longer supply any Hikvision or HiLook products.
Hikvision & HiLook warranties for products sold previously through COP UK will be supported by the existing authorised distribution partners.
CCTV Global London Ltd is pleased to support warranty processing for all Hikvision products purchased through COP.
